Collegeboard says my SAT scores are "not yet available" and that I should come back and check in a week.
I just wonder what happened.
Is it related to the fact I took the SAT outside the US ?
Does it mean there is a real problem with my answer sheet or anything ?
Can I expect my scores sooner than in a week ?

What's annoying is that I have to register for December SAT now because my scores will come after the international deadline.

erhh…they say on the CB website that the score may be earlier than the date they posted…so maybe you should keep checking everyday…it will jump out anytime.

I am international too and that’s not the problem and the last five times I took the test, nothing happened. This very time sucks because I don’t know what I did wrong to not receive my score on the exact day

Well, I am from Europe and I got my scores delayed too. I have taken the SAT before and I have never experienced such a thing. I guess all I can do is check again on November 3rd, as CB says.

I’m from California and I still haven’t got mine. It says “Not Yet Available.” Many of my friends from school also didn’t get theirs, so Idk if its just that they are releasing them part by part or that our school messed up…

I just phoned CB. The operator apologized and told me they are still “posting” some scores and that I should keep checking the website. According to her they will be there tonight or tomorrow.

I read on CB.com that it could take a little longer if there is a problem with the test (too high difference between previous scores and October scores, use of mechanic pencil, cheating in the room, and other stuffs like that), though.

Add me to the list of “delayed scores”. I’m in Florida and people with whom I took the test got their scores today.

The guy sitting behind me on SAT test day is a real pothead but he’s also brilliant. Last spring when he took the test I know he was pretty messed up. This year he went in straight. So I assume his test scores shot up dramatically, maybe over the 350 point range…it might’ve triggered a “flag” to CB. I’ve read that “they” (CB) examine the tests of those people seated around high scorer, to double-check for cheating…

Swaggerer, I don’t know how you did a 480 point increase without being flagged.

Right there on the CB website, buried deep down in some innocuous webpage, it says that any test which has a 350 or higher point increase (from previous tests) is subject to automatic “flagging” and will be considered (delayed) for administrative review. The CB computers are set up with these parameters to discourage cheating.

My son had a message to check in 7-10 days, but when he looked at what schools the scores had been sent to some scores were listed for the October SAT. Maybe they happened to be released between the time he signed on and the time he was checking what scores had been sent? Later he verified that those were his scores on his school’s guidance website.

Mine were delayed too. I used the “straight-line” bubbling in technique for my first SATs in January and got a 1490. I called the ETS and they said my scores are being investigated since they rose 350+. They said to check back by Nov.13th, but my scores still weren’t there. Then I called again and they said to check back in another week. I’m really worried because my scores have to be sent out earlier than ED/EA for questbridge :(

has anyone else with this problem received their scores yet?
