<p>However, I have just taken a practice ACT and my test scores can be predicted from there. My SAT scores can also be predicted from the PSAT and multiple practice SAT's from the online course and such.</p>
<p>SAT: 800 M, 770 Writing MC Subscore (probably 750 with a 9 essay), 560CR</p>
<p>ACT: 36 Math, 34 Science, 34 English (probably 32 with a 9 essay), 26 Reading.</p>
<p>As you can see my reading is terrible and I would like to know which score is better so I know which test I should take.</p>
<p>By the way, that ACT writing curve is ridiculously harsh.</p>
<p>writing isnt as important as M+CR. your old school sat score would be 1360</p>
<p>ACT composite would be 33. if you look at conversion charts, this is significantly better than your SAT score, even if you take the writing section into account. .. i'd take the ACT. however, your math/writing scores are very high on sat. if you can up your CR score , both scores are strong enough that i would take both tests if i were you.</p>
