My schedule

How hard is it to take 20 credits (5 classes in a quarter)?

For instance a schedule like below:

Freshman English
Intro to Psychology
Philosophy or Art History
Physical Geography
Basic Microeconomics

Does this seem doable?

Looks doable, as long as you have half-decent time management skills :)

None of the courses looks very hard, though English and philosophy might be reading- and writing-intensive (= time-consuming). Do you have the option to drop a class after a week or two of classes? You will know whether or not that courseload is doable early in the semester.

Extremely doable, I took:

Microeconomics
Advanced Spanish Grammar
English - Advanced Writing
World Civilizations
Intermediate Algebra & Trig

This semester I’m taking

Chinese 101
Intro to Psychology
Intro to Accounting
Spainsh Phonetics
World Civilizations 2

^^^

I’m taking Chinese 102 and I tested out of Spanish 104 (but I’ll be taking a Spanish class next quarter w/Chinese 103). I went from 20 creds to 15 creds, but still technically “received” 20 creds for this quarter.

To the OP, 20 creds isn’t bad, especially since you are taking lower-level courses. You should be fine.

LOL it looks fine.

This semester i’m takeing:

Japanese 102
Midevil history
intro to human origins

intro to philosiphy
and/or
japanese history

Midevil history

You might need some help with that class.

Perfectly doable, just don’t try it again after loading up on lab classes.
