I have for about a month now, gotten two teachers, and my counselor to send in a letter of recommendation. They still haven't done it yet. So, will this hurt me at all?

Have you checked with them to see if they have sent them? And when, might I ask, did you give them the materials for the letters?

Well, I've emailed them, and haven't gotten any responses back yet.

I gave them the stuff on Dec. 12. And checked with them once a week to see if it was done. One of the teachers did it, but the other one, and my counselor hasn't yet.

Well, I just got a response, and they're both now sent in.

But will it hurt me that they were a few days late?

Ya you are completely fine. I was in the same situation. My recommendations were just finished today. My counselor contacted the admissions office and said the late recommendations were okay. It only matters that your supplement, application, and fee are in by the January 1st deadline.

You probably should have asked them earlier, though. That's right before holidays and usually they like a month of time to write.
