my senior year schedule?

<p>Okay, so my schedule for this year (junior year) is:</p>

<p>AP English 11
Govt. Level 1
Alg 2 Level 1
Chem Level 1
Honor Spanish </p>

<p>my clubs are:</p>

<p>miniTHON
GRAC
Reporter
recording secretary for student council
model UN
yearbook
diversity club,
musical
concert chorale
track
---all of which except two, I hold leadership positions</p>

<p>I also work about 15 hours a week.</p>

<p>So my dilemma... I HATE SCIENCE. And I have no interest to go into science for my major, I want to major in polisci. So...I don't know what I should take for my senior courses.</p>

<p>I want to take:</p>

<p>AP English 12
AP Spanish
AP Psych
Sociology
American Law(semester course)
Trig
but I don't know if NOT TAKING A SCIENCE would throw me off admission wise?</p>

<p>I'm looking at:</p>

UVM

NYU
University of Delaware
Florida State
Boston University
Pittsburgh </p>

<p>AP Psych is somewhat of a science, or at least it is in my school. We did experiments and the like. Also, in my interviews, when my interviewees questioned the lack of science in my Junior year, I explained that AP Psych can be considered a “science”, too. They bought it. :D</p>

<p>Also, you are continuing with all your other core classes, which is good. Colleges won’t really mind. Keep in mind, you could always ask the colleges themselves about this, too.</p>
