I’ve been wondering if this was only an issue for me or everybody, but I can never view the PMs I sent. The sent box says empty even after I’ve just sent a message. Is there a certain setting I have to change?

Hello there…
Most likely, you have to edit your messaging options to save a copy of sent messages. Go into My Control Panel > Edit Options, and then click the box next to “Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default”.
If that still doesn’t work, it is very possible that your mailbox storage limit has been reached, but that would mean you also would not be receiving any new messages either.
