<p>So today in the mail my sister received a postcard addressed to her(she got accepted to undisclosedschool), but in fact it was from my tour guide to me. It told me how happy she was I got accepted and other things about me. Even though I got waitlisted =P I'm taking this as a sign that I may be accepted =]</p>

UC San Diego admissions gaffe dashes students’ hopes
All 28,000 applicants who had been rejected received an e-mail congratulating them on their acceptance, only to receive another notification admitting there was a mistake.</p>
<p>So 10+ days on Wait list acceptances?</p>
<p>Oh that’s just horrible!</p>
<p>Yup…happened to one of my son’s friends (the San Diego thing). Very sad.</p>
