My sleep schedule sucks

<p>I’m still in high school but i go to bed around 3 or 330’ish am and wake up around 630 and then when I come home I sleep for about another 3 or 4 hours sometimes. I only work on weekends as of now. So it works.</p>

<p>I used to go to bed at 11 am until 10 pm and that SUCKED. I just got back on a normal sleeping schedule -HELL YES!</p>

<p>During reading period and most of finals week, my sleep schedule went to 5 AM to 3 PM… I seriously thought I was dying for a little bit. Thankfully I got it back on track by not sleeping for one night, so I collapsed around 11 PM the night after and woke up around 8:30 AM. Never try to drink your way out of a bad sleep schedule.</p>

<p>By drink, I mean coffee/Red Bull.</p>
