In My Slice there is a tab to the right that says "Admission Acceptance Form"
Is this tab visible to all applicants or should I take it as a good sign?
(Wishful thinking...)
thanks

Anybody there?

I was meaning to ask about that; I’m a little relieved that I’m not the only one. I don’t know what this means, and I don’t want to call the college, since it could be awkward if it’s not what I think it is. I’m pretty wishful, haha. I mean, right now when I click it, it says “Not Available For Use Yet”, but that’s pretty grimy for a college to put a link for “Admission Acceptance Form” and when you click it, it says “HAHA SIKE”.

Keeping my fingers crossed, best of luck to you, colormaker. :D

Thanks datguyaj! you too! I didn’t have the courage to click on that, and like you said, I was embarrassed to call SU and ask about it, but maybe some current student out there can tell us about it, if it shows for all of us, or for the admitted students only ")

Hey kids, there was some previous discussion about the afore mentioned cryptic posts and glitches?

thanks imanicollegehelp!

I think everyone has it?
cuz I have it too…

Everyone will have that. It is standard. When you click on it, it will tell you you do not have access to this site. When you are accepted you will be able to gain access. The other item you can watch for is the “Missing Materials” Section. They will be looking for final grades if you are accepted and that should pop up in that location once you are accepted.

If you look at the blogs from last year, it appears that some people heard as early as the end of Feb with most acceptances showing up around the first 2 weeks in March. Syracuse will send an email (at least they did last year) prior to the website changing so check your spam folders and keep an eye out for the email.

thank you sooo much for the info!

Pretty sure everyone does because I also have it

So does my daughter have it…:)

yes the form is there but if you’re waiting on acceptance it should via email and letter - the email would be directly to your student.
