My son is an automatic. Will that help my daughter get in? (Twins)

He's likely a National Merit finalist. She is just out of the top 10% and just out of academic admit with ACT of 28 and SAT C&R of 1270.

Assuming she cant raise her scores, will he help her chances? Will they even recognize the fact that twins are applying? Can I somehow make sure they know?

Yes, they will recognize siblings are applying. In fact, it is asked on most college apps if a sibling is applying at that same year as well.

ok. Will he help her get in? Or does that even matter?

Each school has its own policy on siblings - you can call and ask.

Ask Jon on the Texags.com site under Forums - Academics. He is from TAMU admissions and can give you the current answer to your sibling question.

My daughter knows twins at A&M. One was accepted outright, the other was accepted to Blinn Team. I don’t know their stats.

That sucks for one to be accepted and the other one not

@bulbar, check your messages/inbox.

Jon says they don’t get any special treatment.
