grav123,
As a freshman, regardless of your intelligence and drive, this is probably too much. You can only take 3 subject tests maximum on each testing date, and most colleges only require 2-3 (if any). Considering you have the drive to take these tests you’ve probably researched them, but just in case…

World History (which I haven’t taken) is stereotypically easier than US History, probably doable if you take some sort of WH course.

US History is supposedly more difficult, but the SAT II is easier than the AP exam. I’d hold off on this one, since APUSH is the most common AP exam, you might have the chance to take it. It’s more respected, and typically done in the sophomore or junior year.

Math II includes material from Algebra I to Pre-calculus (that means Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-calc). I don’t know any freshmen that are that advanced in math, but if you are, go for it. If you simply haven’t had enough math classes, you could take Math I, which only goes up to Algebra II.

Physics…don’t really know anything about it. I’m assuming your freshman science class is some sort of intro to physical science? Mine wasn’t, but that seems to be pretty typical. I don’t know how well that would prepare you for the physics exam, but if you feel confident I say do it!

I hope this helps! I don’t have a ton of experience with SAT IIs, but this is what I know. It’s difficult to predict your scores at this point, but you know what they say––visualizing your success helps you be successful! I think it’s great that you’re so ambitious! Once the school year starts I’d talk to your teachers about these plans and see what they think. They’ll probably tell you to hold off on some of them.
You have your whole high school experience ahead of you. For some of these it might be best to wait until you’ve gained more high school knowledge. Good luck! :)
