My Summer Progress Thread

IceQube, hopefully you know that the AP Bio curricula is changing  But congrats on the score!

I’ll update my summer as well :)

Academic:

 1. Almost done with my interning position with a bioengineer
 2. Got As in Music Theory II and Calc in college
 3. Halfway done with my first song for my arts supplement
 4. Finished writing my Common App essay!

Personal:

 1. Finished two and a half weeks of Insanity >_> Now I have an urge to go swimming/running for hours on end
 2. Need to start driving again…

A fellow Insanity user :D?!

I failed -__-

…
I kind of failed :stuck_out_tongue:
I’m at the horse farm every other day but half of it won’t count for volunteer hours.
I read but not half as much as I meant to.
Still a little lost on the tuba
Ahh well. I have a month left~
I need be able to drive I can’t do more then my parents are willing to drive me to.
I applied for an internship though so!!!

Yes, I am! :o

Academic: 6 books for Ap English, math packet for AP Calc, go school supply shopping

College Related: common app essay (and whole application), choosing which colleges to apply to, choose what teachers to ask for recommendations

Personal: learn to drive (only have a permit), organize my closet, practice playing tennis before try-outs, be relaxed for back to school

oh and picking a senior quote for the yearbook

my progress- i read 3 of the books for english, but didnt take any notes about them
- i made a top quotes list with my favorites to pick from
- i have some colleges in mind now- but still need to decide which ones exactly

so basically, not too much lol I feel that July just flew right by! thinking about school makes me super-stressed- i’m not reading for summer to end at all!

just over four chapters left in geometry!
Also, cosines and sines are tricky asf!

sin and cos are just math things. thinking about them any further than that is dangerous.

I have to study a lot history for some tests which i have been neglecting. I also have to get a haircut so i look how i am supposed to.

how are you supposed to look?

also, I read that iceqube isn’t applying to ivies. da faq? Ice qube you are the smartest person I know

oh like someone with less hair than he has now.

a lot of smart people don’t apply to ivies. iceqube is not a smart person i would think wouldn’t apply to ives though. so i have your reaction with 30% of the intensity. (by the way i am not saying iceqube is ‘not a smart person’ - the sentence just came together weirdly).

That was a weird sentence lol
icqube how do you do so much in a day
your list was super long and you already have most of it done
I had one thing
and I’m not done
