<p>She did not submit it. In that case, I would ask to send it in again. </p>
<p>last year, one of my teachers also said the same thing, but when I checked up with the program I was applying to, they did not receive it. Just ask the teacher to send it in again. Hopefully it should show that it was “completed” then a date.</p>
<p>Yes, it happened with one of my daughter’s recs. I think they have to upload their letter and then submit the entire form. I am guessing they did not do the second step. Politely write to them and tell them that something seemed to go wrong, and are they sure they hit submit on the entire form.</p>
