<p>My test center is full up and there is no seats available. I have only one testing center in my country.</p>
<p>Collegeboard has this thing where I choose my testing center 'My ideal test center'...what does this mean? Does it mean I get to take the test anyway...or are they gonna assign me to test in another country?</p>
