@lullabyducky Why did you get yours already? Where did you apply?

oh I got my login username and password for sps, not the admissions letter, I wish let me tell ya!!!

I applied to sps, deerfield, groton, and mps
how about you?

@lullabyducky

I applied to Deerfield, Andover, Choate, Emma Willard, Exeter and Hotchkiss. I think I got logins for all of them already, at least Choate 'cause thats the same one you get initially.

so sps says that their admissions decitions come out by 3 p.m., dooes that mean any time 'till 3 p.m. you cna get it, so basically all day we will be waiting, or does it mean at 3 p.m.?

Does anyone know if the Andover decision will arrive on the 10th if you live in Boston?

My schedule-
6:30- wake up ![]()
7:45- head to school
1:00- go to lunch :D, check email
3:00- get out of school
3:15- sports
5:00- home, check decisions
6:30- sport

Luckily i already got into NMH soo not too worried since its one of my favorite schools

I will not let the mailman escape the wrath unless he produces me some big envelopes tomorrow first. He better knows what he is doing.

I know I didn’t apply this year, but when I do in like 2 years, I’m going to feel SO bad for my dad. His birthday is March 11th. I know the biggest surprise of all would come months later when he’s paying for tuition (hopefully I’ll get the scholarship of FA). It’s like, “Happy birthday dad! I got accepted to my top school, which happens to be the most expensive one. I know it’s you birthday, but we are all going out to dinner to celebrate my amazing work”. The best part is when he finds out that the only reason why I remember his birthday is because it’s the day after D-Day. Or for you terminator fans; Judgement Day.

^haha I know what you mean, my best friend’s birthday is tomorrow!

My timeline for tomorrow looks something like this:
3am: Wake up from yet another deam where it turns out I didnt actually submit applications anywhere ![]()
6am: Get up and get ready for school, check email “just in case”
7am: Try to focus during school… hopefully it wont be too catastrophic
2:45 Back from school, try (unsuccessfully) to distract myself before succumbing to the temptation of CC
3:20: Stand in the driveway and attack the mailman as soon as he gets close
3:30 It all depends…
5:00 Check Hotchkiss decision online
6:00 Check Groton decision
6:45: Try to focus during my last swim practice before championships and possibly (hopefully) on the team
9:00 Get home and celebrate or dejectedly go to bed early O.o

“Happy Birthday best friend! I have a great present for you, are you ready? Yah, I’m moving!!.. far away… in 4 months… this is our last summer together.”

Go to bed 9:30 March 9th
Wake up 5:30 for Exeter email
Go to school
Stay late after school a half an hour to work on art until 3:30
Go home, see if a letter came from Andover, while playing Go
Check Lawrenceville at 5:00

I’m so worried and excited at the same time! I know my mouse will hover on the Exeter and Groton emails for a minute or two before I will double-click on that little envelope icon.

I like Jerryeps’s idea.

@andoverbigblue - Yes, the Andover acceptance decision should arrive on the 10th via Fed Ex - good luck!

Should the Andover package just arrive randomly at your house throughout the day? Or does it come in the morning, evening, afternoon, etc.
BTW : who’s staying home??

I was so tempted to stay home. But I’d rather not be pacing around my house all day.

I know right!! I’d just keep refreshing my email for hours while I jump with adrenaline.

I am staying home. I am way too nervous to handle a day of school. I have been freaking out all week and I don’t think I’ve heard a word my teachers have said. I am just a nervous wreck! Anyway, I won’t miss anything at school; I have all my homework and such so I’m set. Any others?

Talk about adrenaline, I can’t even sleep!!!

I drank like five Coca Colas at dinner. Not the best idea, especially when you want to actually sleep…

Sleeping is not going to happen tonight for me. My plan is stay up all night, check Exeter decision, go sleep and cry, wake up at around three when the mail comes and check for Andover rejection. Go cry some more and go back to sleep. (I’m only applying to Andover and Exeter- nor am I expecting a good day tomorrow)

It will be quite the day.
