My transcript doesn't specify what years I took my courses?

I switched schools for senior year, so my classes from 9-11 grade are ‘transfer credits’.
On the transcript my school sent out to colleges, I noticed that it just lists the classes and the grades. There’s no indication of what year I took the classes.
What do schools that ‘don’t consider freshman year grades’ do about this?
I had a very clear upward trend in my grades, so what about that?
Should I send an update to schools clarifying my classes? Or is it too late?

It is wise to check the transcript before they get sent out to colleges for problems such as this, errors etc.

Ideally you would get your old school to also send a transcript.

Sometimes the new school will not count honors courses the same way, so it’s always a good idea to find this stuff out sooner rather than later.
