<p>I will be transferring from a community college Fall 2011 with a 3.0 GPA and a 3.4 high school GPA. I will be applying next week. I am/was highly involved in high school school and current community college. Student government, theatre, choir, golf, internships, ect... I do have recommendation letters from our township Mayor and a head psychology association doctor and professor from Philadelphia.</p>

<p>I don’t know about your chances (i am applying to rutgers as a transfer student myself), but i do know they DO NOT accept recommendation letters.</p>
