thanks for the help in advance!

Male/female? More info on grades/scores?

male, 11th grade

havnt gotten back sats yet. gpa is about a 3.0 unweighted but i take all honers and ap classes, attend a top public school, and my ec’s are very good(tennis, clubs, youth gropus)

bummmmmmmmmmp

Will you be a “recruited athlete” or a “walk on”?

It sounds like it will be a reach, but Rhodes has a strong D3 tennis program. We’ve had a couple of NCAA singles champions on the women’s side.

Your list is good. Add Susquehanna, Elizabethtown, Lycoming, Juniata, Goucher, Manhattanville

hey guys, got a 1940 on the sat in janruary for the first time! so i think that improves my resume a bit, any other school suggestions??? thanks!

bummmmp. and also i forgot to mention that im jewish so a jesuit or christian school would not work

Being jewish is not necessarily a reason to rule out jesuit schools. What can your parents afford?

Well, I see that you’re interested in Clark. All your credentials fit Clark… and it’s a highly-Jewish school… but let me warn you:
*It’s in a terrible neighborhood
*People party WAAAY too much (there isn’t much else to do in the area :/). And I know people party at all schools, but Clark takes it to a new extreme. I often find it hard to study because people in my building are too loud… all the time… even during exam weeks…

On the other hand:
*The academics are wonderful (especially in the psych, phil, geog, and sciences departments)
*It’s a highly socially-aware campus (on any given day, you’ll find a number of activist projects going on).
*They give out great scholarships (I’m there on a $60,000 Presidential Scholarship).
*You can get a free master’s degree if your grades are good enough.

Personally, I’m transferring. But if you feel like you can deal with the negatives, go for it!
