Anything good or bad to say about them?

Starting the college application process, I knew for certain that I would be attending a Florida school next fall, much to the appeasement of my mother. The next part was selecting a school that would offer what I wanted to do, provide an ideal location most conducive to my major and thereby affording me a myriad of resources, and, simply, a place where I would be happy for the next four years. I am very pleased to discover that the University of Central Florida satisfies these criteria.
UCF affords me the privilege of an outstanding amount of resources. Adjacent to a city housing titanic corporations like Walt-Disney, Universal Studios and Siemens, the potential for internships and even careers is much greater than rival school. UCF, being one of the largest schools in the nation, fosters an inevitable camaraderie that I will form with fellow classmates.
I am really drawn and attracted to the novelty of the campus. The campus sports new, innovative high-tech facilities-like the engineering buildings, while also maintain a hint of traditional classroom setups like the ones found in the Physics building. The Student Union provides a vibrant setting teeming with ambition from other students and livelihood of the college life.
All things considered, I would be extremely pleased if I was awarded the privilege of attending UCF. The prime location, coupled with the resources and aesthetic profile of the campus, really fortify my decision in applying to UCF.
For a majority of my life, I was a follower. I was very orthodox in my approach to school, volunteering and extracurriculars. Finding two incredibly influential activities that forced me to emerge from my structured lifestyle that made the difference. Swimming and graphic design have radically morphed my character and consequently created the person I am today.
The concept of idiosyncrasies never really applied to me. My life was dictated by a schedule and protocol that did not allow for novelty. Gradually, outside of rigid school structure, graphic design became my craft. I made it my own; it became an outlet for individuality and gave way to my emerging creativity. My devotion to this trade remains an incredible source of my pride in my life, and a trait I hope to offer to UCF.
Swimming is my second passion. Filling the shoes of a very accomplished group of seniors, leadership fell unto me, a newly minted junior, to carry the team to the State title. Following my sophomore year, the season in which I broke the school record for the 100-yard-butterfly, leadership was not inherited as much as it was bestowed by fellow teammates and coaches, an honor I did not take lightly. I committed myself to lead by example, offering guidance and motivation whenever needed.

Leadership, dedication, and focus are the traits that swimming and graphic design instilled in me. I hope to offer these attributes to the UCF community.
