<li><p>Depends, may be effective if you already know the material but want to get familiar with the test. If you don’t know the material (e.g. taking the practice tests with little algebra background or fluency with English, for example), it might not be the best strategy.</p></li>
<li><p>Yes, it can. I studied for the SAT but barely prepared for the ACT (not even science), and scored a 32.</p></li>
<li><p>You can go to Settings --> Preferences --> Notification Preferences and change the settings there.</p></li>
