my weird sat scores.

i did horrible on my sat i got:
CR:780
Math:300
WRITING:780

im going to take the SAT II on nov. 9.
i took the act last saturday and i wont get the score until the next 2-4 weeks.
Should i take the SAT I again on dec. 9 or just wait till i get my act score?

dude your CR and W are frigging beast. :O

my math is pulling it down, its not worth it. i just hate math at all.
i dont know if its gonna be better even if i take it again though. argh! crap!

bump i need more advice if i should take the SAT I again. :/

Yes, retake it.

Colleges will frown upon that you have very little quantitative reasoning skills, especially if you’re not taking advanced math courses at school.

Your math definitely has room for improvement!

Wouldn’t it be a waste if you just sit back?

Cram some more and I’m sure you can raise your math score up a hundred points or more!

Congrats on those his CR/W scores!

And good job taking the ACT. Hopefully, you tested better on math in that format and also continued to knock it out of the ball park in your stronger areas!

Your ACT score will come back before late registration for the Dec. SAT closes. So you have time to wait and see. The only reason to decide today is financial, e.g., I, personally, would rather pay $24 extra for a late registration after learning that test was necessary vs. spend $47 today on a test I might never take. But you might feel more comfortable registering today and viewing it as saving the $24 late fee in case you must retake!
