<p>How long is this window of time? Basically, after what date should I NOT send in any additional awards that I received? </p>

<p>I would suggest assuming there is no limit. If you win an award, send an email. If they chose to read it, great, if not, nothing is lost.</p>
<p>I would say that late Feburary would be the ‘deadline,’ and the additional information by then better be good. Any later and schools will probably have already started reading your application. If the tournament win is comparable to wins you’ve had in the past, I wouldn’t even mention it (regional, district). If it is a significant achievement that greatly improves yor application, go for it.</p>
