<p>Do they use this to calculate your GPA? If so, how? By multiplying the number of units for which an A was received by 4, number of B units by 3, etc, adding them together, and dividing by total number of units taken? If so, it seems my GPA is higher than I thought it was... how is this possible?</p>
<p>well they say to use it for only ccc units right? it wouldnt make sense if they tried to use it to calculate you gpa because what if you spent a quarter at another UC? like me! no, i think they get your gpa from your UC app that has ALL the transferable coursework on it for pretty much everyone.</p>
