<p>Hi, I have a few questions regarding the supplemental forms required for UC Berkeley.</p>

<li><p>For the UC Transferable Courses Summary section, do I include my AP credit units in Row 14: In Progress & Credit/Pass Units? (I'm only asking this question because it states to "complete this form using coursework from ONLY California community college(s)"</p></li>
<li><p>I'm using IGETC to fulfill the Breadth Requirements, so do I simply put any class that fulfills a subject area? I have multiple classes that fulfill different subject areas.</p></li>
<li><p>Also in the Breadth Requirements section, I am using my English Language and Composition AP credit to fulfill my English Composition transferable course requirement. What exactly do I put in the Grade Earned, College/University Where Completed, and Term boxes?</p></li>
