"*Our records show that you have an unpaid account balance with UC Davis from the prior academic year. If you are planning to accept financial aid for the coming academic year, be advised that you must pay any debts to the University before your aid can be disbursed. Federal regulations for student financial aid limit (to $199 or less) the amount UC Davis may deduct from your current year financial aid to pay prior-year debts. For your current account balance, visit mybill.ucdavis.edu. You can satisfy this requirement by use of one of the following options:

Pay the entire amount yourself (to the Cashier’s Office) and provide a copy of your receipt of payment to your respective Financial Aid Office.
If the amount you owe is $200.00 or less, and you would like to use your financial aid to pay this debt, please download the Prior-Term Debt Form (Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional, Medical and FNP/PA, and Law), complete, sign and return the form to your respective Financial Aid Office.
We encourage resolution of this Prior-Year Debt as soon as possibile so that your financial aid funds can be available when you begin your courses in the coming academic year.* "
