myNova says no transcript

I applied to villanova and logged onto myNova, and it says my secondary school report and high school transcripts are missing. My guidance counselour sent them out 11/29/10. Why are they not there? Do you think they got lost in the mail?
I tried calling Villanova, but the office of admission is closed until tomorrow morning. What should I do? Will this ruin my chances completely

PLEASE HELP

I applied Early Action and the box next to SAT scores remained unchecked for about 2 weeks after the deadline, but they got them and I was accepted. I think that it takes a while for materials to be downloaded/processed, especially if your school sent them through regular mail. They probably have it somewhere and are still going through the files. Calling wouldn’t hurt though, just to make sure.

If you applied near or on the deadline date , it will take up to 2 weeks for your MYNOVA to be updated. The staff in admissions is very professional , but a bit overwhelmed with the volume of applications and supporting materials at deadlines.Villanova is not the only University with this issue. In fact Fordham sends out a letter telling applicants not to call or email regarding application status , and that they will contact the applicant if the application is incomplete.

They are thorough and if any supporting material is misfiled , lost etc. , they will accept into your application file as long as your application was submitted on time.
