I just received my follow-up email today for my UPitt application. After looking at the status of my application, it says, “This application is Incomplete.” However, it does not tell me what is missing or what I still need to do/send. I already submitted my application, self report, payment, and sat scores. And I just sent in my short answers today after receiving the email. Will it eventually tell me what is incomplete about my application if it continues to say, “This application is Incomplete”? I’m just worried
If it doesn’t change next week, maybe email or call?
@mommdc yup I plan to. I just wanted to know if it was supposed to tell me why it was incomplete or not.
It can take a couple business days for all of that to clear up in our system as our processors confirm that we have everything. If you are still getting that message later this week, you can feel free to call our office: 412-624-7488.

I think the issue may be more of a checklist not being provided to see what is missing so that the student can be proactive in ensuring it gets to the school.
@texaspg, A checklist is sent to applicants in a follow up email. You can expect that to be sent to you within a week of submitting the application!

@hailtopitt1787 thank you!! But there’s no way of knowing from MyPitt what is actually missing or making the application incomplete?
@lolafinkle, Oh no, you can use my.pitt.edu to check on the status of your application. It can just take a few business days for the system to be updated.
