<p>Under the title "Advanced Placement Exam Results Received," there's an AP Test which I didn't sign up for or take, but I took the class. It says "planned" under "Official/Self-Reported." </p>

<p>Do I need to have that removed, or do I just leave it there? And how would I remove it, if so?</p>

<p>Yes, it is best that it’s removed so it doesn’t cause problems later. Call up Admissions and let them know. The same thing happened to me (Said I’d take an AP test, but eventually never did), and I called them and it was removed in the next day or two! :)</p>
