Myth About Transfer Scholarships? PLEASE HELP

Okay, lets say there are 2 students at a community college who both have a 4.0 GPA. Both are transferring to a university in the fall but student A has 30 hours and student B has 55 hours. Is it true that Student B will get a bigger scholarship than Student A since he has more credit hours? (lets just say both have the same extracurricular activities etc.)

Thanks!

Not knowing the rules for transfer scholarships at that particular university, there is no telling. Pick up the phone, call the financial aid and admissions offices there, and ask.
