Jet, you have all the other good indicators, right? seeing housing is POSITIVE, but NOT seeing housing doesn’t mean much if you have other indicators. I have NO good indicators, therefore my inability to access the housing app just reiterates the likelihood of my rejection. you’re in a different situation, I believe!

EDIT: ALSO, we find out in a little over 24 hours, eeep! :3

AND, I intend on creating a thread much like the one from last year, wherein we will list whether we’ve been accepted or denied, and which indicators we had. they were kind enough to compile all that info for us, so we’ll do the same for next year’s kids.

@justine
is that true. wow. wouldn’t that be great? of course i really don’t have any idea and will wait until i get that"not admitted" or “admitted” notice from UCLA. but this reminds me of last year when two really sweet girls were in our library filing their housing applications for UCLA. only 19 students went to UCLA from our school last year, and they had both been admitted and were best friends. amazing.

@northbeach, aw :’) haha. it isn’t 100% at all, but if you have finaid, major in MyUCLA (or you’ve transitioned from major -> white bar) AND you can access the housing app FROM URSA, then the chances of your acceptance are astronomical.

I clicked on housing and i can apply for it!! It says transfer student and I have a ucla Id that’s different From my application Id!! How do i show a screenshot on my iPhone? Like what app???

@chemnerd, white bar is in myUCLA, not URSA

edit: about the URSA email prompt, it’s a neutral indicator. it doesn’t mean anything (except that you may have messed around with summer session)

@bear, eep! good sign! for screenshot, press home & sleep buttons at the same time and hold

@justine I noticed many people didn’t see their major and/or housing app so don’t lose hope just yet. I’m sure you’re in though. Your stats you posted from yesterday were phenomenal.
