<p>i have all the good indicators but my GPA falls slightly below the GPA of admitted for my major last year so for all i know i could be rejected!</p>
<p>@chem some people will have lower GPAs than the median GPA. IF you can see any of the 3 indicators, I really wouldn’t worry.</p>
<p>I am in the same boat as chemnerd. With a slightly below average GPA, seeing the signs feels more like lending credibility to the fact that these hacks aren’t real.</p>
<p>It’s easier to believe that things have changed this year than me being accepted to one of the best schools in the nation…</p>

<p>@chemnerd, well they definitely admit people above the average GPA meaning that people with GPA lower than the average were also admitted or else the GPA average would be higher.
i.e.
if the avg gpa is 3.7 and they admit a bunch of people with 3.9 then that means they also admitted a bunch of people with 3.5-3.6 gpa or the GPA average would be around 3.9 not 3.7</p>
<p>i still haven’t decided, for a pre-med student is UCLA or UCSD better?

It comes up as a pop-up when you click on “apply online”</p>
<p>Also…5 hours everybody!</p>
