<p>Does that mean my application is complete and can be moved onto admissions?</p>

<p>The website does not have anything that says it's complete and I have recieved no e-mails confirming anything.</p>

<p>that just means that they have everything. it'll say "your application is being reviewed by our admission committee" when it's being reviewed.</p>
