NACAC fee waiver issues...

So, on the common app, I selected "NACAC fee waiver" as my payment method. It then says on my application that I submitted the fee waiver online (page 5, under signature). However, my counselor did not approve the waiver yet - not online, I mean - and says I still need to send in the approved hard copy to the college even though it says I submitted it online. Does this sound right? I don't want to annoy the admissions office by sending them something the common app says was submitted online, but I don't know if it was actually submitted. I hope this makes sense... Suggestions? I'm so confused.

Is your counselor using the online system or are they submitting everything on paper?

Everything is by paper.

Then you should mail in the paper copy once it 's been signed off by your counselor. All you’ve done so far is indicated that you intend to request the fee waiver. Now you actually have to send it in. If your school isn’t electronically sending it, then you have to mail it in.
