<p>On the NACAC Fee Waiver, what income do I use to determine if I meet the guidelines: non-custodial and custodial combined or just custodial? Separately, I meet the guidelines on both but not if you combine the incomes. It could also be taken to account that I don't live with my parents and though she is not my legal guardian, my grandma's income is extremely low.</p>
<p>I actually got in contact with NACAC, and they said to use custodial, but the income guidelines are just that–guidelines. If you think you qualify, talk to your counselor.</p>
