NACAC On Common App

<p>Hi there,</p>

<p>I'm a little confused on how the online NACAC on common app works. At first, I thought it was done online by the counselor, but she hasn't had any clue about it. I tried to research online about it, but I haven't found an answer. Do I need to print out the NACAC forms and have my counselor sign and stamp them, and then send them directly to the college? If so, can I fax them to the college instead?</p>

<p>I believe they have to be mailed directly to the college. You could fax a copy in advance, but follow up with the actual document in the mail. </p>

• Students must complete the student section in its entirety.
• The student’s secondary school counselor, independent counselor or TRIO representative must verify that the student is eligible to use the form.
• The high school’s raised seal or stamp must be included on the form.
• The form must be mailed directly to the admission office of the college or university to which the student is seeking admission.
