Hello everyone. I come here with a somewhat silly question that could have very easily been avoided, but alas, here I am.

I'm taking three AP exams this May, and last week, we went through the whole information process where we were given our AP numbers, where we filled in all our information, and most relevant, when we got our AP stickers.

Due to several reasons (i.e. a cafeteria full of complaining students) I misunderstood a direction during a portion of the process, and instead of placing my AP sticker in the light blue box (where the sticker is supposed to go) I placed the sticker into the dark blue box, where I presume I will have to put another sticker upon taking my first AP test.

To get to the point, when the process was over and we were free to go, I went to the instructor and mentioned my problem to her, and upon being told that "I'll have to do it again,", I decided to attempt to take the sticker off myself. I got the sticker off, but it didn't come entirely intact. A few very small pieces of the sticker remained in the dark blue box, and I simply used another sticker and put it into the correct box.

Will this cause me problems later on? I'm not sure how many AP stickers you use per exam (I'm taking 3), and not sure if the small fragments of the other sticker remaining in the dark blue box will cause me problems when it's going through whatever scanning processes it does.

This has been nagging in the back of my mind, granted the steep cost for these exams and their importance. If anyone could be kind of enough to share their thoughts on what I should do (if anything) that'd be greatly appreciated!

Steve
