<p>I think people have the free speech to state their opposition to this though and other people have the free speech to oppose the oppositions as the people above have done. Free speech IMO allows for never ending arguments and that the ways things are. People should just do what makes them happy, as long as it isn’t hurting others, and not care about what other people think.</p>

<p>There will be people in the library who try not to see the runners when they come around, and there will be others taking their phones out and try to capture moments of the runners (which is just disgusting, and is that even legal? Taking pictures/videos of them?).</p>
