I wanted to send my school and teachers forms tomorrow but I realised that on the school official's recommendation, my name and date of birth arent written clearly on top of the page (date of birth isnt written anywhere).
But I am sending it along with the other forms.
Is it ok??</p>
<p>If you have the forms, can’t you write your date of birth on them? It’s not a huge deal, but if anything gets misplaced, it will make the adcoms’ lives a lot easier.</p>
<p>It’s best if you do have the name and birthdate on all forms, because even if you send them together, they are separated by mail room staff and put in piles with other forms of the same type.</p>
