Name CONFLICT in common app..PLS HELP

<p>My official name from birth was Subash SN -- <sn was="" my="" initial=""></sn></p>

<p>But for passport..they wanted the full name..so we had to expand SN</p>

<p>SO IN PASSPORT its : Subash Subavignesh Nachimuthu
First Last Name</p>

<p>Subavignesh Nachimuthu is the expansion we created for 'SN'</p>

<p>In all my documents its Subash SN
In colleboard account also its Subash SN</p>

<p>So what should I enter in my COMMON APP ???</p>

<p>You need to contact Common App to ask this question. You need to use your legal name. If your passport is a US Passport, you would have had to provide documentation that your name was legally changed.</p>
