especially ChemE?</p>

<p>Penn State main campus is the only penn state campus that offers Chem E.
so if one goes to another campus he/she would come to main campus by the 4th semester.</p>
<p>i have to check the Drexel site to see if they offer ChemE</p>
<p>Obviously Univ. of Delaware isn't in PA, but you can't beat their Chem E program.
