Named Scholarship?

<p>I keep getting an e-mail saying I should fill out this application for Named Scholars, but I don't recall getting one. I assume it is one of the John Jay or whatever titles, but I could be wrong.</p>

<p>Is everyone getting these and do I have to fill it out?</p>
