Narrowing My List

<p>Hi, I'm new here, and am deciding where to apply. I only want to apply to about seven or eight schools, and have already decided on
1. UNC
2. Delaware
3. Georgetown
4. Wake Forest
5. Washington & Lee</p>

<p>but I am also seriously considering William & Mary, Georgia, Emory, Texas, Davidson, and UVA, and a few more. Any advice on what to drop off my list? I want to have a few safeties, and my SATs were fairly good (2240), I have many ECs, and am in the top 10% of my class at a great public high school.</p>

<p>I did like Davidson a lot, but the only thing was that it seemed kind of small...</p>

<p>Might add Holy Cross and Colgate both very good schools with nice campus/school spirit. Also HC is only 1 hour from Boston.</p>
