Hi, I just found out that I'm a National Achievement Semi-Finalist (the only one in my county within the past 2 years), and I have a 4.05 weighted GPA and 3.3 unweighted GPA. I'm in the IB Program and I have around 100 or so community service hours. But, I'm not in any clubs and I've only done track for 2 years and the International Baccalaureate Ambassador club during my freshman year because it was closed the year afterward.
I have taken the SAT once, but as dumb as it sounds, I just wanted to see how well I could do on it without having any preparation other than the 192 I got on my PSAT. That was last year, and I need to take it again so that I can send it to the NASP for Finalist qualification. I ended up getting a 1690 (I skipped the essay because I knew I'd be taking it again, so I got a 540 on the writing and a 580 - English and 570 - Math).

Does anyone know or have a general ideas of what kind of minimum SAT scores the National Achievement Finalists have (in general, or by state if possible)?

Based on what I've said, do I have a shot?

Any encouraging or discouraging words would be appreciated. I just need something..
