@grunterbaum1 Son had it as one of 10 award entries in his CommonApp to Princeton. He was accepted SCEA in December. As said previously, it is useful to show rigor.
On his resume, under the award, he listed the courses and the scores (all fives except a four in Spanish). Listing the courses showed he didn’t take “fluff” AP courses like Human Geography.
