<p>At the end of senior year I'll most probably have the scores for AP National Scholar, but I'm moving to germany next year for my last high schol year. Does that mean I won't be able to qualify for it, or does it depend solely on citizenship?</p>
<p>Its automatically given to you if you qualify ( 8 4s or 5s with >=4 average) regarless of citizenship. And plus its only a piece of paper.......</p>
