<p>I'm not sure if transfer students get this merit award but some merit awards are specifically for freshmen but its not very clear if any of the merit awards are for transfer students. And if the deadline was November 1st will I still be eligible? If not. Does Ohio state have any transfer out of state scholarships. Thank you in advance</p>
