<p>My teacher nominated me for the National English Merit Award. On the little booklet that I received, it said that I am eligible for special scholarships from the USAA (the company that sponsors it). Do I have to go to one of the schools they designate or any? Can I use these scholarships inconjunction with any other scholarship? Any help would be appreciated.</p>
