National Hispanic Recognition Program 2015 GPA Cut-off

My son got an invitation to apply for the NHRP.
I noticed a contradiction in the COLLEGE BOARD WEBSITE and the ONLINE APPLICATION concerning the GPA eligibility requirement.

FROM THE COLLEGE BOARD WEBSITE:
Eligibility Requirements
• Achieve a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher by the end of junior year

FROM THE NHRP ONLINE APPLICATION:
Eligibility
• Have a junior year cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.

SO WHICH ONE IS IT, 3.0 OR 3.5 ???
Does anyone can help clarify this contradiction?

Many thanks!

It is probably a 3.5. College Board’s website may not be updated. Always trust the main/official information.

The official source says 3.0

Only the online application mentions 3.5

Do you mind if I ask what was your son’s score on the PSAT? I’m interested what the cutoff may have been this year to be invited to apply. Thanks.
