<p>Yes, it’s based on the PSAT. He needs a GPA of 3.5 or higher for finalist and 3.0 for honorable mention. If he made National Merit semi-finalist, he definitely has the PSAT score. You’ll probably get a letter today (my son got his yesterday, dated 9/16). Congratulations.</p>
