<p>They send it to everyone. You can fill it in if you want, but it's not really worth anything. However, contrary to what other CCers will tell you, I can't honestly see someone getting rejected from a school just because they put it down on their app. It's not like the admissions counselor will be like, "OMG HAHA WHAT AN IDIOT!!! REJECT!!! WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT THEIR ACT AND GPA WHEN THEY SIGNED UP FOR THIS!!! WHAT A LOSER" ... um so yeah. I don't really see it affecting anything. We'll just say that it's neutral.</p>
